VIOLATING ANY OF MY RULES OR TERMS WILL HAVE YOU BLACKLISTED FROM ALL FUTURE SERVICES, ALONG WITH YOUR TRANSACTIONS BEING TERMINATED.As the artist, I have all rights to refuse you service or decline you a commission. I do not need to prove myself, I do not need to make it up to you, and I do not need to apologize. My services come as a want, not a need, and I will not allow anyone to take advantage that.
Art Rights & Usage: By default, all artworks and assets created by Seraphim will be posted publicly to his socials or portfolio. He retains all rights to watermark public imagery, and unless your commissioned art is for commercial use, it doesn’t come off under any circumstances. If you don’t want your art used in either of these circumstances please let him know before work starts.Timeline: As Seraph is not only an artist, but also an asset designer, he cannot offer you a clear process line until full details are given for your commission. The process for your commission is also reliant on the status of Seraph. Once a month he is unavailable due to health issues. Please check his status on Discord for updates. If you aren’t commissioning Seraph through discord, you will be updated accordingly. Rushing Seraphim is not allowed.Turnaround Period: Seraphim can give you an estimated arrival/finish date for your commission. If you are under 18, an additional contract must be signed labeling that all money transferred is your own, and that any complaint to come out of it are not his problem to fix. He cannot give you a set date. If you’re on a deadline, there will be a rush fee and your urgency will be marked on Seraph’s Trello. You can only change an urgency date once, please be precise and to the point when in discussion with him.Payments and Refunds: When receiving any sort of service from Seraphim involving money, you will be quoted and required to sign the form in order to validate your commission. You will receive an invoice and then work will start after payment. Seraphim offers payment plans! There are no refunds beyond sketch confirmation.
SERAPHIM DOES NOT WORK WITH SELF HARM, SUICIDE, OR RACIST/OFFENSIVE THEMES.You may still request artworks with darker themes, just ask!SERAPHIM DOES NOT DO NSFW. As a minor it is illegal to ask such of him.
He does offer suggestive artwork, such as that it does not include underage characters, real people, or characters that fall under the “loli/shota” category. Seraphim will decide what is too much and what is ok.Seraphim will do:
♥ Furry artworks (anthro/feral)
♥ Gore/Dark themes/Similar (no real life references you will be blacklisted immediately.)
♥ Outfit designs, accessories, and fashion
♥ Humans/Humanoids
♥ Mild suggestive themes
♥ Complex designs (fee)Seraphim won't do:
♥ Glorifying of negative topics
♥ Art created with the intent of attacking a group of individuals
♥ Nsfw, fetish, or similar art
Character Fees: Every additional character will be worth 10% of the original commission. If there are more than two characters, any additional characters will be 60% the price of the first additional character.Complexity Fees: Depending on the complexity level of a client's commission, additional fees may be charged accordingly. All fees must be discussed between Seraphim and his client. There is no base amount for complexity fees. This does not include chibis, as all major details will be removed in the process. If you'd like a higher detail composition in a chibi artwork, said complexity fees will be set in place, and Seraph will not continue until the invoice is paid off.Finished Artwork: All finished artwork will be sent to the client via whatever method is most preferred. Please state this information as soon as possible so Seraphim knows ahead of time.
SERAPHIM OWNS ALL RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORKS CREATED. IT IS NOT THE PROPERTY OF THE CLIENT UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE.As such, he is allowed to use it for advertising means, such that is it not used commercially by him.Seraphim owns rights to the art, but as a commission, he does not own the rights to turn your artwork into a physical good or any form of merchandise if it is not going directly to the client or the group commissioning him.As the client of Angel, you may use the artwork for any personal use. Using it for commercial gain is not allowed and you will be striked immediately with a claim. Interested in commercial work? We will negotiate!
Client Conduct: Your artist, Seraphim, is neurodivergent. As such entails, he asks that you remain civil during a discussion at all times, provide proper sentences, and concise, to-the-point requests when conversing with him. Do not baby or belittle your artist provided the given knowledge, or you will be blacklisted immediately after a warning, regardless of payment or not.Artist Conduct: As the artist, Seraphim will make it his top priority to treat his clients with the utmost respect. Due to timezone differences, he may respond later than an original message was sent. If a client has any accommodations to ask for during the discussion process, he inclines you to speak up on them.
UPON COMMISSIONING SERAPHIM, YOU WILL BE QUOTED AND REQUIRED TO SIGN UPON YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL TERMINATE YOUR SLOT.
